These seats, since
removed,
marked the front of a Wheels of Soul Club Annex. The Wheels of Soul is a predominantly black 1%er outlaw motorcycle club. The mother club is headquartered on the 6100 block of Market Street in West Philadelphia. "When we do good, no one remembers. When we do bad, no one forgets." After a long period of decline, the club rose again to prominence with the release in 2006 of a documentary film titled Wheels of Soul.
