After 7 every evening of the year except Christmas, D.C. Tiremen
rolled new and discarded tires to the old garage and stacked them
inside. floor to ceiling, right up to the door.
Before 7 the next morning, they rolled the tires out again into sidewalk stacks that defined a path for incoming vehicles. |
